K9 Spotlight: Kyle O'Malley & Lucy

I adopted Lucy in September of 2023 from the local animal shelter. When I first went to meet her, she was dirty, her hair was badly matted, and her tail was visibly damaged. I asked the staff what her story was, and they didn’t know much-she had just been found roaming the streets. Since then, she’s been my best friend, fishing buddy, road trip partner, etc. Last year, I sent her to Wisconsin for six weeks of training. Once I got her back, she was fully trained on the e-collar and introduced to scent work. In between naps and playing fetch, she loves tracking down my very patient friends who agree to run off into the forest to be found.
