Layered over this is Salute™ fabric and Mil Spec nylon, which provide the structure and stiffness needed to keep the collar lying flat and stable around the dog’s neck, instead of rolling or curling.

This build does three important things:

• Keeps the collar wide and stable under load, so pressure is spread evenly.
• Prevents the leather from folding in on itself when tension is applied.
