Canine Officer Tracy Dice, of the Rushville Police Department in Rushville, Indiana, was involved in a horrific vehicle accident while pursuing a suspect. The accident caused her patrol car to flip long-ways and after landing, roll over 2 or 3 times. Officer Dice, her civilian passenger and her K-9 were able to walk away from the crash with only minimal injuries.
