K9 Power Wake is a patent-pending invention developed by Frank Pagano in conjunction with Inert Products LLC. Frank is a retired New Jersey K9 Police Sergeant with over 20 years of experience as both a K9 handler and trainer. Working with K9 Explosive Detection units in New York City and New Jersey, as well as for the State Department working in Iraq, Frank leaned on his operational observations when designing the K9 Power Wake. It’s no doubt that this training tool will help prepare others for what may be encountered in the field.
