Bethel Park PD, Pennsylvania
This is a photo of Sgt. Hornak and his K-9 "Cong" of the Bethel Park PD in Pennsylvania. Hornak is no longer in K-9 and Cong has passed away. However, they were never recognized for the work they did as a team in the 80's. He does not know I'm submitting this photo. It will be a nice surprise for him if you would post it.
